Our Founder & CEO

Sugiarti Rosbak

Sugiarti Rosbak, also known as Ati, is the Founder and CEO of PT Omah Tumbuh Potensi. She is a Business Development Consultant, Trainer, and Coach with over 20 years of experience in assisting organizations and leaders to grow sustainably.

With a background in global corporations, Ati views business growth as not only a matter of sales and marketing, but also the overall readiness of the organization, from work systems, team capabilities, culture, to leadership that is disciplined in executing strategies.

Since 2020, she has built OTP as a home for busy and potential businesses that still face challenges such as:

  • Operations that depend on the owner
  • Business decisions not based on data
  • Internal conflicts that hinder execution
  • Weak work culture and leadership
  • Organizational systems that are not ready for expansion

Through OTP, Ati helps clients build the foundation for business transformation, starting from mapping conditions, streamlining structures and processes, formulating growth strategies, to strengthening execution through leadership development and coaching.

She is a Certified Executive and Business Coach, Associate Certified Coach ICF, Master Practitioner NLP, and Licensed Emotional Intelligence Trainer with over 500 hours of experience in business transformation and leadership coaching. Her consulting style is both strategic and practical, combining business and human-centered leadership approaches to ensure that change truly takes place at the operational level.
