Our Founder & CEO
Sugiarti Rosbak
Sugiarti Rosbak, also known as Ati, is the Founder and CEO of PT Omah Tumbuh Potensi. She is a Business Development Consultant, Trainer, and Coach with over 20 years of experience helping organizations and leaders achieve sustainable growth.
With a background in global corporations, Ati views business growth not only as a matter of sales and marketing, but also as the overall readiness of the organization—from work systems and team capabilities to culture and disciplined leadership in executing strategy.
Since 2020, she has built OTP as a growth hub for busy and promising businesses that are still facing challenges such as:
- Operations that rely on the owner
- Business decisions not based on data
- Internal conflicts that hinder execution
- Weak work culture and leadership
- An organizational system that is not yet ready for expansion
Through OTP, Ati helps clients build the foundation for business transformation—from assessing the current state, streamlining structures and processes, and developing growth strategies, to strengthening execution through leadership development and coaching.
She is a Certified Executive and Business Coach, an ICF Associate Certified Coach, an NLP Master Practitioner, and a Licensed Emotional Intelligence Trainer with over 500 hours of experience in business transformation and leadership coaching. Her consulting style is both strategic and practical, combining a business-oriented approach with human-centered leadership to ensure that change truly takes root at the operational level.
