This program is designed for CSR teams, External Relations teams, and other functions closely involved with the community and external stakeholders. In program proposals and reports, OTP Academy emphasizes the importance of collaboration, two-way communication, stakeholder mapping, systems thinking, design thinking, and action plans to ensure that community empowerment is more structured and impactful Additionally, this program is relevant for all employees, who are expected to work more harmoniously within the organization. The focus is not only on external relationships but also on the ability to build synergy, understand each other’s roles, and collaborate more effectively.
In the context of CSR, the challenge is not merely about implementing programs but about how to build meaningful relationships with the community while maintaining harmony within the organization.
What often happens:
